Medina, 38, admitted to using a sword in the killing, The Wrap reports, and faces six years in prison, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office said on Thursday, March 16.

On Feb. 1, 2015, Medina was arrested for allegedly stabbing his roommate, Joshua Sutter, with-here's the insane part-a sword. Medina then stabbed Sutter with a sword he kept in the bedroom. Two years after the brutal murder of his roommate, Ricardo Medina has finally confessed to stabbing him to death with a sword.

At a preliminary hearing in October, prosecutors played a 911 recording in which Medina could be heard talking to Sutter after the stabbing: "Damn it, Josh".

But he was arrested once again early a year ago after local police launched further investigation, and he was charged with murder after the second arrest, according to TMZ.

Actor Ricardo Medina Jr has plead guilty to manslaughter.

"Josh don't have that in his heart to attack anybody".

Medina appeared in 40 episodes of "Power Rangers Wild Force" as Cole Evans in 2002, and returned to the franchise in 2011, appearing in 24 episodes of "Power Rangers Samurai".

The actor was not initially charged after claiming self-defense, but he was arrested a second time on January 14, 2016.
