Fugitive manifesto said 'We need to spill … blood'

Fugitive manifesto said 'We need to spill … blood'

Joseph Jakubowski, 32, was charged with armed burglary, felony theft and possession of burglary tools, according to a criminal complaint filed in the Rock County Wisconsin Circuit Court in Janesville, Wisconsin, on Tuesday.

Investigators who analyzed the manifesto were also concerned about "anti-religious views" in the document, which Jakubowski can be seen mailing to Trump in a video posted to social media. They say they have not gotten any information to confirm whether Jakubowski is still in the area, or if he's left town.

There's also a nationwide manhunt. A law enforcement source close to the investigation confirmed the copy of the manifesto was authentic, though the official could not confirm whether it was the same version Jakubowski sent to President Donald Trump because Jakubowski may have written several versions. Most were for traffic violations, though he has previously resisted arrest and once tried to disarm an officer, according to Moore. Authorities have been searching for Jakubowski since April 4 when they say he burglarized a gun shop near Janesville, a city about 60 miles southwest of Milwaukee. School is closed for spring break until Tuesday.

That's according to a portion of the manifesto that Milwaukee television station WTMJ says it obtained and verified with an unidentified law enforcement official. Sometimes we make a mistake and those mistakes we can correct and work through.

Knudson would not comment on a possible threat to the president, saying he has not been authorized to release any analysis of the manifesto.

"There seems to be a larger federal concern". Since then law enforcement have received a multitude of generous donations from local businesses, community groups, and individuals in an effort to provide nourishment and refreshments to the over 150 law enforcement personnel assigned to this case.

Police have said they want to find Jakubowski over fears he may be planning an attack of some kind.

McLean said he has not talked to his stepson since he kicked him out of their house two years ago because of "differences of opinion", McLean said. Jakubowski was researching survivalist tactics.

Police discovered a burned vehicle registered to Joseph Jakubowski just a short distance away from the Armageddon Gun Shop in Janesville, WI., where Jakubowski allegedly stole 16 assault weapons and handguns.

So far, none of Jakuowski's friends, family or acquaintances have been contacted by Jakubowski, according to Spoden.

"My hope today is that he'll walk into a police agency and turn himself in, and we can let our citizens know that they're safe, said Sheriff Spoden".
