Is this our first look at the Galaxy Note 8? Probably not

And the latest certification which it has received is for the Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.

This just goes to show the lengths to which Samsung will go through to ensure that they don't get muscled out of their domestic markets by other companies that have been threatening Samsung's market share.

Samsung's spring flagship - the Galaxy S8 - hasn't even shipped yet, and already we're onto what to expect in autumn.

However, with this new report, it seems Samsung still has loyal fans.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) came out past year and it has received fair reviews from the users across the world.

Additionally, Samsung AI assistant Bixby will be making a debut on Galaxy S8.

Pre-orders will last until April 17 (by then the number may reach a cool million) and there are a whopping 3,000 stores across the country carrying the S8. Samsung added that it's already noticing "double digit growth" (at least 10 percent) over a year ago in the few weeks since pre-orders for the smartphone went on sale. Consumers have been looking forward to it after the Galaxy Note 7 fiasco.

As it stands, pre-order volume is almost three times that of the Galaxy Note 7, and 5.5 times that of the Galaxy S7 for the same two-day period. The alleged leaked images appear to be interestingly similar to the Galaxy S8, though unlike most of the reports, Phone Arena's view on the matter states that the photos are most likely fake ones rather than being reliable, which makes sense given the clues.

The major difference that the Galaxy S line and its note line featured was regarding screen size, the inclusion of the stylus and the clarity. Starting from the display - the Galaxy S8 will reportedly pack 1440 x 2960 pixels resolutions.

Galaxy S8 Plus model recorded the highest demand. The front camera is a 100º wide-angle shooter with f2.2 aperture.

According to Richard Fink, Vice President, Mobile Division at Samsung Australia, "we know Australians use their smartphones every day to enjoy content, stay connected and organise their lives". Though Samsung has moved the fingerprint scanner to the back, it has enhanced security by adding facial recognition and iris scanner.
