Mourinho was wrong about me, says Shaw

Mourinho was wrong about me, says Shaw

Shaw returned to action in United's 1-1 draw at home with Everton on Tuesday night and played a key role in their late equalizer.

'I know very well within myself I can do more, I want to say that, for next year, I am going to have more goals and more assists'.

Luke Shaw was discussing why he had not been able to "show what I could properly do" during the first year of his Manchester United career when he was interviewed by The Guardian back in August. "Maybe I didn't think it was going to be as hard and as quick as it was".

"To have scored in two cup finals for my boyhood club were immensely proud moments for me and my family".

When asked what separates Mourinho from the rest, the 38-year-old Stankovic said: "It is really hard to say, since it is difficult to choose only one thing". I am going through a phase where everything sort of is going against me, but I want this so badly, I want to prove everyone wrong.

"At this level we need the fantastic body he has to play football, the fantastic physical qualities he has, the very good technical ability he has, but he can not play with my understanding of the game". I am sure that in very near future you will become one of the key figures not only of Man United and Premier League but whole football world!

"It's easy to see in the kid", Mourinho said.

Neville said his Old Trafford boss Sir Alex Ferguson "would have probably dealt with it in a similar way to Jose" though "probably not as much publically".

"Because he was in front of me and I was making every decision for him".

The ex-Southampton player has only made 44 appearances for the club since signing under Louis Van Gaal in the summer of 2014.

That competition offers the chance for the England worldwide to be involved in a first major final and repay the faith of United fans, whose support has been keenly felt since sustaining a horrific double leg break in September 2015.

"But the passion they have always shown to me is wonderful", the England worldwide stressed. In fact it's not even the first time Mourinho's publicly attacked Shaw.

He told Sport Witness, "I know that Sanchez seems to be a bit unsettled at Arsenal".
