Warriors' Green stays in Game 4 after technical foul fiasco

Warriors' Green stays in Game 4 after technical foul fiasco

After the Cleveland Cavaliers ruined the Golden State Warriors' chance for a ideal postseason June 9, Warriors forward and karate kick enthusiast Draymond Green said Clevelanders "don't seem to be the sharpest people around".

"I don't pay attention to people in Cleveland honestly", he said, according to the Bay Area News Group's Anthony Slater. "They don't seem to be the sharpest people around".

Referee John Goble explained that the referees had meant to give a first quarter technical to Steve Kerr all along, but it was attributed to Green - a mistake that was not corrected until the forward actually was T'd up in the second half. But it turned out that the one everyone thought Green had received in the first quarter actually was assessed to Warriors Coach Steve Kerr. "I don't know. That was pretty bad". Before Game 4, he called Clevelanders "rude".
