Man Arrested for Threatening Attack on Ariana Grande Concert in Costa Rica

Man Arrested for Threatening Attack on Ariana Grande Concert in Costa Rica

A 22 year old Colombian man has been arrested after he was suspected of threatening an attack at an Ariana Grande in Costa Rica last weekend.

Of course, this news is particularly troubling as it comes mere months after a suicide bomber killed 22 people and injured countless others at the pop starlet's gig at the Manchester Arena.

Ariana thanked her fans for coming out on her Instagram page where she posted a photo from the show that showed the audience lit up with lights.

Grande went through with the Sunday concert in Alajuela, where security officials directed attendees through three separate security checks to get inside, each performed by a different group: Costa Rican police, private security and Grande's own security team. Ariana's next show on her "Dangerous Woman Tour" will take place in Mexico City next Wednesday (12.07.17). He identified the suspect only by his family names, Caicedo Lopez.

The OIJ's director Walter Espinoza told the Costa Rica Times that they found Lopez by tracking the IP address from the phones he used to make from the posts.

Grande recently paid tribute to Saffie Roussos, the youngest victim of the Manchester bombing, on what would have been her birthday. Roussos would have celebrated her ninth birthday on July 4. She wrote on Twitter: "Saffie, we're (thinking) of you baby". "Because life will never be the same".
