Sen. Rubio Mixes It Up With Alex Jones: 'Don't Touch Me Again'

Sen. Rubio Mixes It Up With Alex Jones: 'Don't Touch Me Again'

In response, Rubio said he wouldn't need security's help if Jones kept touching him, saying "I'll take you out myself". "Thank God Trump is".

Jones had about 900,000 followers on Twitter.

Jones said the "real election meddling" is the silencing of conservatives on social media, "just like Communist China". "I don't know you, I don't know who you".

Jones also hurled other attacks at Rubio, including calling the Florida senator a "little frat boy", "snake-like" and a "gangster thug".

"They will have people who are Central Intelligence Agency say, "Alex Jones works for the Russians", he continued.

In a video posted online by a reporter, Jones at one point placed his hand on Rubio's shoulder.

"Oh, he'll beat me up", Jones responded. I know cocktail shrimp with more backbone than him.

Jones is an infamous conspiracy theorist who thinks the Sandy Hook shooting was a hoax and was recently banned by both Facebook and YouTube in a crackdown on hate speech. You look like a possum that got caught doing some really nasty stuff - in my view.

Jones disrupted Rubio's press conference with reporters on a Senate hearing in which technology executives from Twitter and Facebook were testifying about foreign influence on their platforms.

Jones and his company Info Wars are said to have breached Twitter's abusive behaviour policy. At one of the sessions, Dorsey denied that Twitter had any biases against conservative voices after Republican lawmakers repeatedly brought up the subject.

"You're not gonna get arrested, man". Marco Rubio in front of reporters in the Senate halls on Wednesday.

Jones, the king of conspiracy theorists, was there and pissed about being censored on social media platforms, so he made a decision to upstage Rubio in front of reporters.

Rubio turned and faced Jones: "Who are you man?"

"Sure, sure, they demonize me in these hearings and then he plays dumb", Jones replied, before plugging his notorious InfoWars website.

Things only degenerated further from there, with Rubio soon walking away and telling the reporters they could feel free to interview "this clown".
